Terrific hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were wonderful. They had an evening event called Kickback. A free buffet dinner and drinks. The food was great for a buffet.
An excellent hotel! We arrived after 10 hours on the road and we were ready to crash. Lavonda at the front desk was very friendly and got us checked in very quickly. We were able to take advantage of the 5:30 Kickback" where the food was delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean. Top notch service was provided at the bar as well. Everyone was very polite and provided rapid service. We will definitely be staying at Drury Inns where available!
Every staff member that I came across was extremely friendly and always smiled. They did their job extremely well and made our stay very nice. We didn't eat at the dinner happy hour.But we have, in the past, and it was good. We did have breakfast and that was really good. Coffee was on point! The hotel was clean. Our room was also clean. Thank you for a great experience!
If I could give this 20 Stars I would. Awesome hotel but I rather call it hometel. Top of the line staff (All), rooms without question clean. And the food can compete with the best of them. Honorable mentions to ms lavonda, Ms Renee, along with Miss Frazier general manager and all staff. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and being so professional you are all appreciated.
Amazing Hotel. I wish there were more locations so I could stay in one everywhere I went. Breakfast buffet, dinner buffet, and three free drinks. The food was great. The staff was friendly. The rooms are wonderful. We had a great location as well, there were several restaurants and a few things to do right there at it.
Had a wonderful stay here. The staff were always happy to help. The general manager is doing a great job keeping this place clean and inviting. Breakfast and dinner were hot and fresh. We did have a small plumbing issue, and it was fixed with a smile and sincere apology. Drury Inn has risen to the top of my hotel chains to visit when traveling.
A very Merry Christmas to the very sweet and pleasant staff at Drury Inn & Suites, Lakeshore! We all woke up with a sweet surprise on our door from Santa's elves. This was the cherry on top! This hotel is very clean, friendly, pet friendly (we don't have a pet but so I saw), and family friendly. Thank you for spreading kindness and Christmas cheer!
Very pleased with the entire experience! The amenities were incredible. Did not expect the snack and drink evening event they did. I wasn’t able to attend but love that they offer it. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. Not to mention the room was beautiful and impeccably clean. 100% will stay with Drury for my next hotel experience. Thank you guys!
